Support. Time out. Help to cope.

My Cancer My Choices provides complementary therapies, from specialist therapists, to people with cancer in Berkshire.

Are you suffering with symptoms such as anxiety, pain, insomnia, hot flushes or would you just like some support on how to manage your wellbeing?

We offer 2 free ‘face to face’ therapies for people currently undergoing cancer treatment, or within 6 months of treatment, in Berkshire. You can book up to 4 additional sessions and take part in our group courses, both of which are run on voluntary donations.  For anyone outside of Berkshire, or for people who would prefer not to have an in-person treatment, you can use our virtual services and choose from a one-to one session with a therapist or participate in an online Mindfulness or Yoga course.

.

So far, with your support…

  • Over 6000 complementary therapies have been provided

  • 28 courses of mindfulness have taken place

  • Over 140 hours of Tai Chi and Yoga sessions completed

  • Over 100 complementary therapies are now given each month
